#PrescribedFire – Fire management officials on the Pomeroy Ranger District will continue prescribed burning today near Forest Service Road 4304-160 (south of Sweitzer Ridge). Umatilla National Forest employees intend to burn 70 acres today in this unit. This is part of the larger 200-acre Little George prescribed burn that is anticipated to take approximately two weeks to complete and will be implemented on week days.
